Alternatively, just use its functionality as inspiration for making your own voiceover directory in your preferred project management, CRM or productivity app (hint: ‘labels’ or ‘tags’ are the key to good search).

This template was built by male British voiceover artist and voice actor Anthony Hewson to show you how to build your own scalable voice artist roster. All of the voice talent already featured are real professional voice artists, and they have given their permission to be included in the template. Giving you a small selection of voice actors means you can quickly test how the filter function works.

Feel free to delete everything except the database below - or replace all this introductory content with your own team instructions - when you install your template!

<aside> 💡 ↓ Use the filters to choose criteria to narrow down the voice actors in your directory for a particular job or character.

↓ **Notion allows for uploading all sorts of media. Which means you can save voice artists’ demo reels to your computer/device, and upload them to their roster profile, or even embed them via their direct URL. Then, left-click into the displayed media field in the roster to see the list of uploaded files, click the dots and change the file name locally to the type of demo it represents (eg, commercial demo, gaming reel, elearning demo, etc)

↓ The ‘Clients used for’ section allows you to track which client projects a voice actor has been booked for.**

N.B. You can customise your roster to add more vocal qualities, accents, locations, voice acting character archetypes, track the specific clients you’ve used them for, or any other type of data you want to filter by. The initial content provided here is just a starting point… Refine it and add to it to suit the way you work and what your clients need.
